Rental Policies
 
Policies to consider before and during rentals at PNW Truck Rentals:
 
  • Local Washington State ID required.
  • All trucks must be returned clean and fully fueled.
  • We do not accept cash.
  • Secondary contact number required.
  • Deposit is required on all rentals.
  • Two forms of ID may be required.
  • Reservations that are not picked up without prior cancellation may incur a No-Show Fee. Up to 100% of the estimated rental rate.
 
 
Deposit
 
  • Deposit is required on all rentals.
  • Deposit can be either credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover).
  • Deposit required at time of rental. Credit cards will NOT be accepted over the phone for payments.
  • No cash deposit accepted.
 
Truck Rental Policies
 
  • All trucks must be returned to pick up location.
  • PNW rents trucks exclusively for the North Sound Region.
  • PNW services a 30+ mile area.
  • PNW trucks are not permitted east of the Cascade Mountains.
  • PNW rentals are expected to be returned on or before the date and time of the agreed contract.
  • Authorized drivers of PNW trucks must carry a valid driver's license and be 21 yrs of age.
  • Drivers must have proof of insurance in accordance with Washington state law.
  • Liability insurance is not offered to renters.
  • We require a damage waiver that covers the rental truck only (in the event of an accident involving another vehicle).
  • Collision damage waivers are not considered liability insurance.
  • Any damage to the PNW rental truck, specifically if it collides with stationary or overhead objects is the responsibility of the renter.
  • The renter is accountable for any traffic violations.
  • Any toll charges will be covered by the renter.
  • Mileage usage will be taken before and after truck rental usage.
  • Mileage rates do not include fuel: Gasoline or Diesel.
  • Truck fuel level is full and must be returned full of fuel.
  • Trucks returned not full fuel will be charged at $10.00 per gallon for additional fuel needed.
  • All trucks and equipment must be returned clean. $50.00 Cleaning fees may be added if not returned clean.
  • No carrying people or pets in the bed of trucks or outside of the vehicle.
  • 4 Hour Truck Rentals returned past the set return time will be charged $50.00 per hour.
